New fiscal budget measures in Belgium ?

Already in November 2012 the Di Rupo government announced the outline for the federal budget measures for 2013. This is translated not only in cost-cutting, but also in new tax measures.

In this post, we will focus on the corporate tax measures for 2013. In next months’ edition, we will go further into detail on the individual tax measures. In what follows you will find a brief overview of the most important measures based on the 2013 budget plan and currently applicable legislation.
